Our farmed products and what it means to you.
Our farmed products, such as beef, lamb, and poultry, are carefully sourced from small, artisan farms in California and the greater United States. We are very particular about the quality of the products we supply. Since we are smaller, we do not have to adhere to the strict corporate guidelines imposed by large distribution chains, which include long-term contracts with food plants, distributors and food manufacturers.
As a result of this, we can constantly be vigilant, with the freedom and flexibility to source the highest quality farm products.
Where do we source our fish and shellfish?
When it comes to sourcing the highest quality seafood on Earth, we follow difficult, often stringent practices. For fishing or fish breeding, we are always on the lookout for the cleanest waters. As such, most of our seafood comes from the southern Pacific and northern Atlantic oceans, including areas around New Zealand and Australia. These oceans have some of the world’s cleanest sea waters.

One of the main advantages of purchasing food products from Beyond Belief Gourmet, is that we personally deliver our products to all our clients in the Southern California area. Our national shipments are processed by FedEx, where we’ve negotiated unusually large discounts. Consequently, your shipping costs are greatly reduced.

With driver direct deliveries, you won’t have to deal with anyone other than the driver. Our drivers are fully vaccinated. They wear disposable face masks and gloves when delivering your packages and are trained to keep a safe distance from you. Food sent to you by FedEx is left at your doorstep.
