         Established in 1882, the Restaurant proudly joins the Association of the Historical Sites of Italy.

        The building originally was a church edifice dating back to the 14th century. According to some historians its cellars were used for secret meetings by the Rosa Croce masons, a mysterious medieval religious group.

         Today, the international clientele enjoys its charming interiors decorated with a 14th century fresco, period furniture, warm atmosphere and classic Tuscan cuisine.
