For all our shipping requirements, we use FedEx as our sole carrier. FedEx is so reliable and have been so successful for us, that we have developed a relationship with them, where we now have 54% discounts on all our shipments. So to this, we extend the 54% discount to you, lowering your shipping costs extensively.
Your products should arrive frozen. Immediately after you receive your shipment, place the items in the freezer. In case you intend to use a product within 48 hours, place it in the refrigerator.
In order to keep your products frozen during transit, we use dry ice. On some rare occasions, the dry ice has sublimated by the time of arrival. That being the case, there should be no issue with your products, even if some of the products has started to thaw. That’s fine, just as long as some of the rest of the products contained therein is still frozen. In this case just put all the products into your freezer and allow it to freeze.
If there is any dry ice left in the shipping container, do not handle it with bare hands. To remove it, use tongs, or loose-fitting, thermally insulated gloves, or oven mitts. Or, simply leave the dry ice in the container and allow it to sublimate naturally.
