As a result, we bring to your table tender and delicious steak with a rich, naturally clean, exquisite taste and superb in texture. Your steaks are wet-aged to perfection. This process tenderizes the steak and leaves it with a taste and succulence that surpasses all anticipations.

Sourced from cattle that are 100% fed on grass by family farmers that have been sustainably rearing cattle this way for many years. This experience leads to a uniquely refined steak, that has this famous natural grass-fed flavor, which is incomparable to any steak or any farm. Never fed any antibiotics or hormones.  All our grass-fed New York Strips are center cut, which are hand-trimmed from the strip-loin. All this knowledgeable attention leads to a steak that has just the right amount of marbling for the most sublime eating experience you can imagine.

Each steak is individually vacuum-packed and immediately frozen.

Storage, handling and cooking instructions:

Store in freezer at a temperature of 0 or minus ⁰F.

Thaw each Steak in cold water in the vac pack for 60 – 90 minutes. Then rinse and dry. Cook to your desire.
