We source our steaks from 100% Grass Fed New Zealand Angus Cattle, that are fed on what cattle are meant to feed on, grasses and leafy plants only, in one of the cleanest, pesticide free and uncontaminated environments in the world, New Zealand.

Each Grass Fed Rib Eye Steak is individually vacuum packed and immediately frozen.
Grass only fed beef:

In the film “The Sting”, Robert Redford’s character “Hooker” is out for revenge, as his best friend is murdered by an arch villain, “Doyle Lonnegan”, played by Robert Shaw. Hooker visits an expert con man, “Gondorff”, played by Paul Newman, with an intention to persuade Gondoff to help him pull off “The Perfect Con” on Lonnegan. Storage, handling and cooking instructions:
Store in freezer at a temperature of 0 or minus ⁰F.
Thaw each Steak in cold water in the vac pack for 60 – 90 minutes. Then rinse and dry. Cook to your desire.
