Storage, handling and cooking instructions:

To ensure maximum flavor and satisfaction, we recommend storing the fillets in the freezer at a temperature below 0⁰F.

Before cooking, defrost the salmon overnight in the refrigerator, and ensure to rinse and wipe the fillets off. During the cooking process, it is important to reach a safe internal temperature of 145°F, as recommended by USDA guidelines. For this purpose, we suggest using a food thermometer to confirm the salmon’s temperature before serving.
